Voice Description of Andy Serkis as Frankie in Shark Tale

Although I have my own ideas about what each of them sound like, I don’t really want to color the characters’ voices so definitively as to rattle off a list of actors. I’d much prefer readers to draw their own conclusions about what they sound like based on their manners of speaking, their personalities and gestures.
In an effort to compromise, I’ll post all the character voices, even the "What if" ones. I guess I would say these are ‘loose guidelines’ and hopefully leave room for everyone’s individual interpretations:

Andy Serkis as Frankie in the UK dub of Shark Tale - Flatly says exactly what he means in a deep, low, graveling voice with a heavy London accent. Words like "Oi" and "mate" that don't exist in American languages are frequently used in his speech. The British slang words such as "gobsmacked" and "kerfuffle" are used for him as well.
